استخدام Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Description:

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the CRM Marketing team in the development, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools. You will work closely with the CRM Marketing team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including sms, email, social media, and the web.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Collaborate with the CRM Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation tools.

●      Design and execute customer journeys using a marketing automation tool.

●      Manage the process of sms campaigns, including copy-writings, managing subscribers list, and monitoring customers’ behavior.

●      Design new journeys, run A/B Tests, and report the results.

●      Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including creating and editing emails, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign results.

●      Set up and manage social media campaigns using marketing automation tools, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.

●      Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to help move prospects through the marketing funnel.

●      Work closely with the CRM Marketing team and collaborate with the tech team to optimize marketing automation workflows and ensure data integrity.

●      Analyze and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

●      Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and make recommendations to the CRM Marketing team.

Qualifications:

●      2+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, sms marketing, or digital marketing.

●      Experience with marketing automation tools specially WebEngage.

●      Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance.

●      Knowledge of social media platforms and how they can be used for marketing purposes.

●      Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and analysis.

●      Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

●      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
