Key Responsibilities:

- Efficient handling of salary calculations.
- Proficient in drafting various documents, including work contracts, confidentiality agreements, and consulting contracts.
- Undertaking tasks related to letter writing and administrative correspondence.
- Managing activities related to social security insurance and supplementary insurance.
- Handling tasks related to the registration and archiving of personnel documents.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute efficient recruitment processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Addressing employee inquiries and concerns in the realms of administration and human resources.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- A mastery of essential Microsoft Office software tools.
- In-depth knowledge of employee and employer laws and regulations.
- Mastery of writing principles for effective communication.
- Experience using and adapting multiple sourcing strategies to meet the needs of complex, technical recruitment activities
- Proven experience in recruitment and compensation and benefits.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong networking abilities.
