شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with our Engineering Department (Tech and Product) and play a key role in OD and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to the team, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering leadership to identify and address HR needs.
  • Lead initiatives in organizational development and employee performance.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally working with technical or engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, with a focus on talent development, performance management, and organizational growth.
  • 3 years of experience
