Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Design System Designer to develop and maintain our
design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms. You’ll collaborate with
product designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver a cohesive user
experience while driving brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design System Management: Develop, maintain, and evolve reusable UI
components, patterns, and guidelines.
Collaboration: Partner with designers and developers to ensure proper
implementation of the design system.
Documentation: Create and maintain guidelines, documentation, and training
resources.
Quality Control: Audit design system usage and resolve inconsistencies.
Innovation: Stay updated on design trends and propose system
improvements.
Accessibility: Ensure adherence to accessibility standards.
Prototyping: Design and prototype scalable, reusable components for web
and mobile applications.

Qualifications:
Required:
3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with 1+ years focused on design
systems.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS,
JavaScript).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

Preferred:
Experience in Agile environments.
Familiarity with design tokens and version control systems (Git).
Background in branding or identity design.
