Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for Fleet Retention
  • Designing Courier Journey
  • Increasing the number of successful Rides
  • Courier Behavior Forecast
  • Categories of Couriers Based on Performance & Behavior
  • Churned Courier Activation
  • Campaign Designing Based on Courier Behavior
  • Updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Courier preferences
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, MBA or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fleet Engagement or Retention roles.
  • Strong knowledge of driver Engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to track and interpret Engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with the transportation, logistic industry and understanding of Couriers requirements.
