Job Description Summary

Kebrin, a fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own key product areas from strategy and discovery through execution, launch, and continuous improvement.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can turn complex user and business problems into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive products from idea to impact.
We are looking for someone who is AI-driven by default — actively using AI to improve product discovery, research, analysis, prototyping, decision-making, and execution, while also identifying opportunities where AI can create meaningful value for our users and business.

Responsibilities

Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Define product strategy, priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business and user needs.
Identify high-impact user problems and opportunities through data, research, market insights, and continuous discovery.
Translate complex problems into clear product requirements, user stories, flows, and actionable plans.
Prioritize initiatives and make trade-offs based on user impact, business value, data, technical complexity, and execution cost.
Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to drive execution and remove blockers.
Take ownership of outcomes and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
Define and monitor product KPIs and use data to evaluate launches, experiments, and product performance.
Use AI tools throughout the product workflow to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, documentation, experimentation, and execution.
Identify practical opportunities to integrate AI into Kebrin's products and internal workflows.
Monitor developments in crypto, fintech, AI, competitors, and user behavior and translate relevant insights into product opportunities.

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience with meaningful ownership of digital products.
Proven experience taking products or major features from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
Strong product judgment and ability to balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and execution speed.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience defining and monitoring product KPIs, funnels, user behavior, and product performance.
Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and agile product development.
Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand APIs, system behavior, and technical constraints at a product level.
Hands-on experience using modern AI tools in day-to-day product work.
Ability to identify meaningful AI use cases rather than adding AI without clear user or business value.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working in fast-paced technology companies.
Previous experience in fintech, financial services, digital banking, payments, investment, trading, or crypto products is highly preferred.
