شرح موقعیت شغلی
- To do and accomplish all Foreign Procurement from A to Z
- To monitor that the deliveries are done on time
- Negotiating the prices to save costs
- Developing relations with foreign distributors/ suppliers
- Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files and price list
- Identify and update our database of foreign suppliers
- To follow the custom clearance of goods
- Carry out correspondence with suppliers and shipping companies
- To control the shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL and etc.), cargo packing & insurance
- To arrange payment to suppliers and transport company services
- To do commercial import registrations and doing related banking process
- To control internal logistics and warehouse
