Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, owned, and earned media) to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Performance, SEO, Content, Creative) and external partners to ensure timely, on-brand, and seamless campaign delivery.
- Design and implement retention and reactivation campaigns to enhance user lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with strategic partners to launch co-branded and partnership-based initiatives that expand audience reach and brand visibility.
- Support the Campaign Director in developing quarterly campaign calendars and aligning execution plans with company OKRs.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize creative assets, messaging, and media channels based on performance insights.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure a cohesive, high-quality user experience across all marketing touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably within fintech, e-commerce, or digital product industries.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, key performance metrics (CPR, CPFB, CAC, LTV), and user retention strategies.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Highly analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting and data interpretation.
- A balance of creativity and strategic thinking, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven personality.
