World Express is a cargo and logistics company operating as part of a larger holding group with extensive activities in logistics services, transportation, and cargo operations. As part of our ongoing growth and digital transformation, we are looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and detail-oriented Frontend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of both our existing software products and our next-generation applications, working with a modern Angular/Nx codebase across multiple business applications.
This is primarily a feature-development role, with opportunities to gradually contribute to more complex and high-impact parts of the frontend platform as you become familiar with the codebase and its architecture.
You will work on product features involving complex forms, data-heavy interfaces, reporting, API integrations, state management, and polished responsive UI.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain production features using Angular and TypeScript.
- Implement complex forms, validation flows, data grids, reporting interfaces, and responsive UI.
- Integrate frontend features with backend APIs and handle loading, error, and edge-case scenarios carefully.
- Work with reactive state and asynchronous flows using RxJS, Signals, and state-management patterns.
- Debug issues across components, services, state, routing, and API integrations.
- Follow established architectural patterns and coding conventions while contributing thoughtful technical suggestions when appropriate.
- Write maintainable, reviewable code and incorporate code-review feedback into future work.
- Carefully review and verify your own implementation before submitting it for review, ensuring requirements, common edge cases, and expected behavior have been covered.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, product, and, over time, design teams.
- Gradually contribute to foundational, high-impact infrastructure libraries within the company monorepo, where changes may affect multiple applications and require greater engineering judgment and care.
What We're Looking For
- Strong production experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of RxJS, asynchronous flows, and reactive and functional programming principles.
- Strong knowledge of Angular Reactive Forms.
- Strong HTML, CSS, and SCSS skills, with close attention to visual accuracy, responsive behavior, and maintainability.
- Good understanding of Angular Signals and practical state-modeling concepts.
- Solid JavaScript and browser fundamentals.
- Experience with frontend API integration, including request, response, error handling, interceptors, and DTO mapping.
- Strong debugging and practical problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Git and disciplined collaboration practices.
- Strong sense of ownership, reliability, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to investigate problems independently and communicate clearly when requirements, scope, or implementation assumptions need clarification.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar libraries, patterns, and business concepts quickly and adapt effectively to an established codebase.
- Openness to code review and the ability to apply the principles behind feedback consistently.
- A calm, thoughtful, collaborative, and professional working style.
- Ability to write and understand technical English.

You do not need deep expertise in every library above, but relevant production experience is a strong advantage.
Experience working in a large or structurally complex frontend codebase is also highly valuable.
Additional Knowledge
We also value:
- Awareness of frontend performance topics such as change detection, lazy loading, bundle impact, and reactive-flow costs.
- Practical understanding of data structures, state transitions, and event-driven behavior.
- Basic knowledge of frontend accessibility and security concepts.
- Experience building or consuming reusable frontend libraries and public APIs.
- Experience with Ionic or Angular-based mobile development.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, provided you remain responsible for understanding, reviewing, and verifying the code you deliver.
Experience Level
We are primarily looking for a strong Mid-level to Senior Frontend Engineer.
Around 4+ years of relevant professional frontend experience is a useful guideline, with meaningful production experience in Angular. However, demonstrated technical ability, quality of work, reliability, attention to detail, and learning ability matter more to us than an exact number of years.
Formal degrees or certifications are not required.
