Facilitate team organization and ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily scrums/stand-ups, sprint/iteration reviews/demos and retrospectives)
- Facilitate and enable an environment of collaboration and creativity, and empower the team to self-organize around achieving their commitments Support/empower the technology team to make appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
- Be a thought partner to the Team, supporting them in identifying solutions to obstacles as they arise.
- Enhance resource utilization, participate in capacity planning and sizing estimations
- Practical problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and critical-thinking skills
- Remain focused on big picture and prioritize competing responsibilities
- Proactively removes blocker/barriers enabling project team to complete objectives
Skills and Experience :
- Extensive project management experience
- Must be able to generate Agile reports (velocity, burn-down, etc.)
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- 2 plus years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Knowledge and good experience using Jira and confluence.
