Web Negah Software Company is expanding its development team and invites qualified Senior Product Owner & Scrum Masters to join us.

Responsibilities:

Act as the Product Owner for the development of high-impact products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Prioritize features and product backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Fulfill the Scrum Master role, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint progress, and resolving any blockers.
Work closely with the development team, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver products efficiently.
Provide guidance and support to the Scrum team to ensure a smooth and productive working environment.
Lead and mentor junior product owners and scrum masters.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Ability to balance competing priorities and handle complex, high-visibility projects.
