شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social media manager with the following skills:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a similar role.
    • Proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands, with demonstrated results in audience growth, engagement, and conversion.
  • Platform Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Understanding of each platform's unique features, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and distribution.
  • Community Management:
    • Experience in community management, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ability to foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Proficiency in social media analytics tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, or third-party analytics platforms.
    • Ability to analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights to optimize social media strategies.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    • Familiarity with advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for running paid social media campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    • Ability to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify emerging trends, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
    • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales.
  • Creativity and Innovation:
    • Creative thinking skills with the ability to brainstorm and ideate innovative social media campaigns, contests, and activations to engage audiences and drive results.
  • Education: (Optional)
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
