Product Owner / Scrum Master (Agile Hybrid Role with UX/UI Understanding)

We are seeking a Product Owner / Scrum Master to join our small, agile team. This role combines product vision and task management with a strong understanding of UX/UI design, ensuring we deliver user-friendly and high-impact products.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
  • Break down business requirements into actionable tasks for developers and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences.
  • Review and provide input on wireframes, prototypes, and workflows in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders, users, and the development team to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Continuously gather feedback, adapt priorities, and iterate quickly.
  • Identify and remove blockers, keeping the team focused and motivated.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or both.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Good understanding of UX/UI design and familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on delivering value quickly.
