شرح موقعیت شغلی



Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work with real-time communication tools and libraries, including socket programming and protocols.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs, crashes, and other performance issues.
Integrate third-party libraries and APIs.
Ensure compliance with Google Play Store submission guidelines, and manage the app submission process.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.


Requirements:


  • Experience:
Proven work experience as an Android Developer (2+ years).
Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Java experience is a big plus).
Experience with Android frameworks such as Jetpack, AndroidX, and ViewModels.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSockets to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Experience working with communication libraries, such as WebRTC or SIP, for real-time functionalities.
Knowledge of app architecture patterns like MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
Strong understanding of memory management, threading, and performance tuning.
Experience in launching apps on Google Play and handling the entire app lifecycle.


  • Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Kotlin (Java is a big plus).
Experience with sockets, communication protocols, and libraries such as WebRTC and SIP.
Familiarity with push notifications, background processing, and threading.
Understanding of Git and version control.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Android.
Strong understanding of Android UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices.


  • Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to problem-solve and think critically in fast-paced environments.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality apps.


  • Nice to Have:
Experience with Java.
Familiarity with cross-platform development tools such as Flutter or React Native.
Experience with Google Play app submission and update processes.
Knowledge of modern Android tools like Jetpack Compose, Dagger/Hilt, and Coroutines.
Familiarity with communication protocols like WebRTC and SIP.
Experience with deploying and launching applications in the Play Store, including managing updates, bug fixes, and having successfully launched an application.
