Wallex, a leading financial services company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer acquisition and retention. You will oversee all aspects of our digital marketing efforts and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, related partnerships and collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as content, design, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
