We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design team. Lead design projects for consumer-facing products and internal tools. Develop user flows, maps, wireframes, and assets. Create prototypes for validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive platform success. Prioritize user needs, think ahead, and articulate design decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating system design architecture and managing product kits.
  • Lead the design process from ideation to launch, focusing on meeting customer needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user research studies and analyze data for valuable insights into user behavior and needs.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to facilitate the design process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and deliver high-quality designs.
  • Continuously improve user experience through feedback, observation, and adaptation in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Expertise in Figma and designing with design systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leading design initiatives and managing a team of designers.
  • Extensive experience in designing complex enterprise panels.
  • Possess a component-first mindset in design and familiarity with creating and utilizing design systems.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Clarity, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience with design sprints / agile methodologies.
