Job description:
We are looking to hire full-time, thoughtful and enthusiastic Costumer Support Representatives (at a call center) who will be the liaison between our company and its costumers. The successful candidate will help costumers with questions, complaints and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Keep costumer satisfaction as the core value
Respond to and resolve service problems that costumers are experiencing
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward costumers at all times
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Acknowledge and report costumer complaints
Maintain regular and reliable attendance (as assigned)
Qualifications:
Proficient English (B2 or upper)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Work cooperatively in a team environment
Ability to use a computer
Effective problem solving skills
Nice-to-haves:
Previous experience in a costumer support role
Familiarity with Cryptocurrency
