About Us: Vency is an innovative fintech company that is reshaping the financial services industry. We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Associate Product Manager who can take on the combined roles of an APM and Scrum Master, helping us deliver cutting-edge solutions efficiently.



Job Description:


As an Associate Product Manager and Scrum Master at Vency, you will play a dual role in shaping our product development and agile processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and adhering to Agile methodologies.



Key Responsibilities:


  1. Product Management:
●       Work closely with product managers to define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.


●       Collaborate with development teams to ensure product features align with business goals.


●       Assist in developing user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.



  1. Scrum Master:
●       Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.


●       Coach the team on Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.


●       Identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress.



  1. Project Coordination:
●       Coordinate and communicate across cross-functional teams to ensure project success.


●       Monitor project progress and schedules.


●       Assist in resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.



  1. User-Centric Focus:
●       Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to ensure a user-centered product design.


●       Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to inform product improvements.



Qualifications:



●       Previous experience in an Associate Product Manager role within the fintech or software development industry.


●       Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


●       A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a user-centric mindset.


●       Knowledge of fintech, financial services, or related industries is a plus.
