▶ Job Description
You are responsible for executing day to day tasks. You:
- Monitor the clients' website traffic and competitors' website and conduct every kind of research needed to perform better and faster.
- Gain quality backlinks with different methods—Via outreaching, finding free publishers, or any other suitable technique.
- Ensure all on-site SEO factors are considered with different page layouts on the client's website. You are responsible for publishing blog content with high SEO standards.
- Suggest and prioritize the technical SEO improvements for clients’ development team and oversee the implementation.
▶ Role Detail
General
- Conduct deep keyword research to use for all SEO purposes.
- Perform deep competitor research to find best practices and measure the assets needed to compete.
- Monitor website traffic from search results and develop strategies based on ongoing changes to update and adjust strategies and make faster SEO results.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards and reports; track important SEO metrics to be aware of changes and report to team and clients.
On-site & Content
- Audit content on-site to apply the best practices.
- Publish blog content regularly to make more search presence.
- Perform competitor research for on-site SEO to find and apply best practices.
- Identify and recommend additional content for pages to make better content.
- Identify and suggest new UI elements to make better readability and UX.
Off-site & Link Building
- Develop link-building strategies and generate quality backlinks in scale.
- Research for link-building opportunities around the web and competitors' backlinks profile to find the best places for more backlinks, making more search presence.
- Contact and collaborate with media/website owners, influencers, journalists, bloggers, etc., to gain backlinks and add more authority.
Technical SEO
- Develop technical improvement roadmaps and oversee the implementation to improve search presence.
▶ Technical Requirements
- Excellent understanding and good writing skills in English. [Essential]
- Excellent understanding of SEO factors and signals.
- Advanced skills with link building.
- Advanced skills with content marketing and content SEO.
- Advanced skills with on-site and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO analytics and data.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Good familiarity to work with SEO tools like Semrush and Ahrefs.
- Good familiarity with content management systems (CMSs).
- Good familiarity with Google tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Top-level internet research skills.
▶ General Requirements
- Highly organized and able to manage time to meet deadlines in a fully remote team.
- High collaborative attitude for smooth communication.
- Two or more years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.
▶ Duties & Accountabilities
- Delivering 140 hours of “dedicated work” per month.
- Delivering target numbers of quality backlinks weekly and monthly.
- Publishing target number of blog posts with SEO standards.
- Generate regular reports for all SEO processes in content production, off-site and technical SEO.
- Generate measurable progress reports for clients.
▶ Working Conditions
- Participating in daily catch-up, weekly, and other necessary team meetings.
- Working on "shared working time" based on the agreement.
- Delivering the working hours based on agreement.
