Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven track record of designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Proficiency in English Language.

Technical Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and design systems.

UX Expertise:
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.

Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX projects.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Understanding of web and mobile (Android, iOS) development basics.

Responsibilities:
- Create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
