Senior Marketing Campaign Manager (Web3)
Minimum Requirements:

- Advertising Agencies' and Crypto companies' experience is highly preferred.

What is the Purpose of the Role
As our Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns that align with Unidef's goals and objectives. You'll collaborate closely with various teams, including the social media and performance business teams, to ensure seamless execution and maximum results. A crucial part of your role will also include managing influencer marketing and sponsorship campaigns end-to-end. Advanced knowledge in crypto is a significant plus.
What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Manage all aspects of influencer marketing and sponsorship campaigns.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align campaign strategies and goals.
- Coordinate with the social media team for effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal effectiveness.
- Effectively manage team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
What We Look for in You
Must-Have
- Fluent in English with strong copywriting skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in influencer marketing and managing sponsorship campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to think critically and creatively, solve problems, and develop new strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
- Passionate about marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Advanced knowledge in crypto.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in a multinational business.
- Previous work experience or personal interest in the crypto/blockchain space.
- Comfortable using decentralized Crypto software such as Metamask, DEXs LiquidityPools, etc.
- Practical knowledge of finance, asset management, and CEXs is also a plus.
- Models and coaches team how to effectively manage and influence clients to solutions that best meet client’s business needs and are aligned with our capabilities to effectively and efficiently deliver
- Having a strong grasp of local languages such as Turkish, Persian, Russian, Ukrainian, and Arabic is a plus.
