Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, ready to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales
Campaign Management: Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
Brand Building: Enhance and maintain Shavaz's brand image through innovative and consistent messaging across all platforms
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment)
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future campaigns
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
Skills:Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for Beauty:A genuine interest in cosmetics and the beauty industry, with a keen eye for trends and innovations
