Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration

Manage technical teams and allocate resources efficiently

Break down product goals into clear, actionable tasks and prioritize backlogs

Implement, monitor, and improve Agile/Scrum processes

Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders

Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions

Prepare product documentation, roadmaps, and performance reports

Track KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals

Facilitate communication and remove blockers for teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a tech environment

Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage technical conversations and coordinate with engineering teams

Experience working in startup environments (preferred)

Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets—especially Forex and cryptocurrency markets—is a strong advantage

Ability to work independently and take ownership of product success
