Job Description
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients.
- Follow up and manage the daily activity plan of the general manager.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Devise and maintain an office filing system.
- Sustain a level of professionalism among staff.
- Take meetings and report back with actions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize ever-changing workloads.
