We are looking for responsible and passionate person to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of tasks and make sure they are delivered.
- Define the definition of done and acceptance criteria for the user stories before the sprint.
- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle to define product strategies and roadmaps
- Organize product team information repositories, development logs, and meeting agendas
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, design, compliance, and operations to drive projects from research and ideation all the way through execution
- Find and deploy scalable solutions to explosive growth and the problems that come with it
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of prioritizing features
- Ability to think outside the box in pursuit of creative solutions to achieve business objectives
- Spectacular verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Trello, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Planner
- A fundamental knowledge of computer programming or information technology is preferred
- BA/BS – Heavy interest and passion for the design, creation, and implementation of tech products
- Experience leading teams as a Scrum Master is plus
- Data analysis Knowledge is plus
