To build a unique international social platform, we are looking for an experienced and engaged TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER who is motivated, creative, and fun to add to our small team of Business Intelligence Department. You also directly report to the Project Manager and you will manage your development team aiming our international goals

:RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage our international application project from kickoff through development and QA

Produce, organize, and update project plans, documentation, and project asset documents as required by project manager to lead the technical missions

Organize and oversee bug and feature request tracking

Work directly with the IT Business Analyst to assist project manager in developing project specifications and keeping functional site documentation up to date

Guide project development team to achieve project millstones

Along with the PMO, help to refine our internal project management process and best practices, as we continue to grow and scale as a project

Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

:Qualifications and Skills Required

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, applications and web technologies

5-10 years’ experience managing technical web/application project

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Artificial Intelligence Implementation experience and/or interest in machine learning would be a plus

Experienced in both waterfall and Agile (or Agile hybrid) project management environments is preferred

Highly-attentive to detail, able to cross all the t’s and dot all the i’s every time

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks

Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

Understanding of MySQL, Maria DB, Mongo DB and other databases preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

A flexible/adaptable self-starter with common sense, able to prioritize while multi-tasking and with the ability to work independently as part of a team

Proven ability of communicating clearly, effectively and tactfully. Strong verbal and written skills

Proven ability of maintaining composure and focus on the job in a work environment demanding flexibility and a sense of urgency in completing required tasks, while juggling priorities on multiple tasks with specified time frames

Ability to collaborate with a cross-cultural team of passionate web development professionals

(A practical understanding of a MVC model and rapid web application frameworks (Such as Yii

An ability to interpret API documentation and discover data integration pathways and limitations

Workable English verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally

An ability to work with teamwork platforms like GitHub and other collaboration tools
Willingness and eagerness to manage teamwork processes
Excellent technical time estimation skills will be a bonus
