استخدام Senior Motion Graphic Designer (دورکاری)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Are you an expert in digital arts with knockout collaborative and interpersonal skills?
Can you create custom graphics and animations that ensure effective knowledge transfer and retention?
Are you efficient at using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop?

We are looking for a gifted Motion Graphics Designer, who can create highly engaging complex animations and videos for a diverse array of media.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, highly self-motivated, have top-notch communication skills, and display exceptional organizational skills. Come show us what you’ve got!
 


Responsibilities 


  • Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, marketing demos, etc.)
  • Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic project.
  • Create and deliver motion graphics in various media.
  • Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
  • Work with other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
  • Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
  • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
  • Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.


Requirements 





  • Fluent in English 
  • More than 5 years of experience 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of standard design tools (like After Effects,  Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
  • Understanding of production pipelines.
  • Deadline driven and detail-obsessed
  • Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics 
  • Strong team player who can collaborate effectively
  • Organized and can prioritize effectively
