شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a talented and experienced user-interface designer to join our team. As our ideal candidate, you should be able to create a compelling and elegant interface for various features and clearly communicate the results with the development team. Since our team is remote-first, you will be working remotely as well, so it's crucial for you to possess the following personal characteristics:

Be self-disciplined.
Be able to articulate thoughts and plans clearly, both verbally and in written form.
Pay very close attention to the requirements and deliver outstanding results.

In particular, we expect you to have the following skills:

Be able to get the general requirements for a given feature, design an appealing UI for it, and explore creative solutions.
Have good taste in designing beautiful interfaces. You can come up with interesting ideas, and have past work (paid or as a hobby) to prove it.
Be familiar with basic concepts of software UI design.
Be able to differentiate what's needed for a good responsive UI to support different screen sizes.
Be familiar with available UI frameworks such as Material Design, Ant D, and other alternatives.
Have experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud software to create wireframes of your UI designs.
Being comfortable with reading and writing in English is necessary. You may choose to verbally communicate with the team in Farsi, though all written communications are in English (if you have read it so far without a dictionary, you are good).
Familiarity with Latin-based typography, iconography, animations, and other forms of multimedia is an asset.

A typical day in your work will include

Review the product description document in detail and understand the feature.
Think about and create UI designs for different features.
Attend meetings to better understand features in the development pipeline or to help the development team better understand your designs.
Improve our design system.
Research new trends, tools, or practices that we can adapt to improve our workflow and outcomes.
