Job Description
- Primary Focus: Convert inbound leads (chat inquiries and emails) into appointments.
- Lead Conversion: Respond to all incoming leads promptly and effectively, to schedule appointments.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer queries and resolve issues via chat and email.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a high level of customer service to enhance the customer experience and build rapport.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure lead engagement and resolve any pending issues.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track lead conversion metrics and performance reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot challenges raised by leads, providing efficient solutions.
- Adaptability: Stay updated on product or service changes to provide accurate information to customers
Work Schedule: 44hours per week, Monday to Friday from 17;30 PM to 1 AM , and Saturday from 18:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
