• Primary Focus: Convert inbound leads (chat inquiries and emails) into appointments.
• Lead Conversion: Respond to all incoming leads promptly and effectively, to schedule appointments.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer queries and resolve issues via chat and email.
• Customer Engagement: Maintain a high level of customer service to enhance the customer experience and build rapport.
• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure lead engagement and resolve any pending issues.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and track lead conversion metrics and performance reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot challenges raised by leads, providing efficient solutions.
• Adaptability: Stay updated on product or service changes to provide accurate information to customers
