We are seeking an experienced HR People and Culture Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on employee well-being and engagement, ensuring that our team members feel amazing and are fully supported in their roles. The ideal candidate will conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with each employee, gather feedback on their experiences, and work closely with management to implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with every employee to discuss their feelings about the company, management, and overall strategy.
Advocate for each employee, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed promptly.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive and open communication environment.
Collaborate with the management team to identify and resolve any issues impacting employee morale and productivity.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to people and culture.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, people operations, or a similar role focused on employee engagement and culture.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees on a personal level.
Strong understanding of the challenges and growing pains faced by organizations and the ability to provide effective solutions.
Fluency in English is essential; additional proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse team spread across different geographic locations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
