استخدام HR Internship

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

   - Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.

   - Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

   - Coordinate and schedule interviews.

   - Participate in candidate interviews and assessments.

2. Onboarding and Orientation:

   - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

   - Prepare new employee paperwork and orientation materials.

   - Help create a welcoming and informative onboarding experience.

3. HR Administration:

   - Maintain and update employee records and files.

   - Assist with data entry and reporting tasks.

   - Handle HR-related inquiries from employees.

4. Employee Engagement:

   - Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement.

   - Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events or programs.

   - Participate in employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.

5. Talent Management:

   - Collaborate on performance management processes.

   - Help with performance evaluations and feedback collection.

   - Contribute to talent development and career pathing initiatives.

6. HR Projects:

   - Assist in various HR projects, such as policy updates, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, or training programs.

   - Conduct research to support HR decision-making.


Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA, financial management, or a related field.

  • English skills (writing, reading, speaking, and listening)
  • Launch and set up management systems 
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player.
