The HR Generalist will manage and execute a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. This role will collaborate closely with department heads to support Maltina’s HR strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer and maintain compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Facilitate employee development programs and training sessions to support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide advice on resolving conflicts and improving employee engagement.
- Support the performance appraisal process to foster a high-performance culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in generating HR reports for analysis.
- Conduct routine HR audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Provide support in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the organization’s success.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR policies and the ability to apply them in practical scenarios.
- Proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage interactions at all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in e-commerce or a tech-focused environment.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR software is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
