HR Team Lead

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the administration and workflow of people programs and policies including, but not limited to on-boarding, employee status changes, off-boarding, promotions, transfers, administration of compensation changes, benefits, and leaves
  • Responsible for ensuring we have the right employment/workplace policies in place 
  • Implement and communicate the employment/workplace policies in an employee-centric yet compliant way and oversee their evolution over time
  • Driving strategic programs focused on the growth and development of our employees
  • Understand organizational needs and develop infrastructure, processes and workflows into user-friendly processes that ensure compliance and deliver an excellent employee experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with an ability to package and communicate HR operational items in a simple, clear, scalable and engaging way.
  • Enable internal hiring teams on best practices around interviewing, selling, and closing great candidates. 
  • Manage and drive the full-lifecycle recruitment process. This involves working with hiring teams to define roles, building scorecards, sourcing top talent, interviewing prospective candidates, and delivering compelling offers. You’ll serve as a true partner and coach by driving kick off calls and candidate feedback sessions.
  • Contribute on key initiatives geared towards building a positive employer brand
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting people operations 
  • Multifaceted experience in all areas of HR employee lifecycle management
  • Proven project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and completeness
  • A track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates
  • Experience in sourcing for passive candidates through multiple channels
