استخدام مدیر ارشد فنی (CTO)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

The main objective is to set the technical direction for Tarafdari’s development. Create and execute a strategic plan, identify the exact resources necessary to implement the plan; and oversee the entire process from start to finish. 

Develop a series of practices and processes intended to speed up and automate aspects of the processes of developing, testing, and releasing software, allowing for the continuous delivery of software and software updates.

The critical elements of the role are as follows:

  • Manage the technical aspects of Tarafdari’s vision, bring an advantageous skill set, and be prepared to tackle the routine challenges involved in daily duties. 
  • Managing talent to build the company’s vision, especially in the recruitment process.
  • Source and train members of the Tech team
  • Be innovative and generate ideas to help overcome challenges and find optimal routes to success. Test and validate new ideas, and deploy when needed.
  • Manage the project and its priorities. Keep the company from falling into pitfalls like “feature creep”. 
  • Manage expectations on what can be achieved in a timely manner and prioritize features that will have the most impact.


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop a technical strategy for Tarafdari that will make the company’s vision a reality. The strategy should include clear goals, obstacles, and risk analysis. I should align with Tarafdari’s overall business objectives.

Manage developers and others in the Tech team. Help them to complete their tasks effectively.

Take charge of the hiring process of his team. Provide the company management with a clear recruitment plan for various stages of the company’s growth.

Defining the tech stack provides his team with the technology stack they need to build their product and guide the overall technical vision.

Having a firm grasp on operations is required to ensure the business runs smoothly. Shape how the technical sides of a project are managed, striving for a well-defined process that brings results.

Constantly track performance to maintain the productivity of their team and work closely with developers, understanding where they are finding success, and where they need work.

Improve the product by listening to ideas from the developers they oversee, advocating for innovative ideas, and finding paths to their implementation.
