Responsibilities:
- Ability to define the product vision and strategy and make sure all the endeavors are aligned with the vision and business OKRs.
- Own team backlog & fulfillment, collaborate closely with the engineering team.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, marketing, and business development to define the product vision and strategy.
- Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and user feedback to inform product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate advanced analytics and predictive modeling into product features.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and iterate on product features and strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Having a background in the advertising industry is a big plus.
- 1+ years of product management experience, preferably in Advertising, data team, or Ai/Ml verticals
- Ability to debug and discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering partners
- Data-first mindset with hands-on experience leveraging analytics tools like Grafana, kibana, etc.
- Familiar with agile methodologies and tools including Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Good familiarity with Jira
