Tasks in detail:
- Identify TAPSI’s and its new businesses' growth strategy, make it aligned with workforce needs, and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment.
- Design, develop, and implement cost-effective talent acquisition tools and processes.
- Develop strategic alliances with labor brokers, headhunters, recruitment agencies, professional bodies, and education institutions.
- Develop, manage, and maintain a highly skilled team to assist with talent development.
- Design specific sourcing strategies in the market and implement new channels and methods based on needs.
- Own the recruitment forecast identification and design a systematic process.
- Plan and participate in job fairs and career events in line with Employer Branding Strategy.
- Manage and deliver reports and data on a regular and ad-hoc basis such as recruitment metrics/KPI and create a strong reporting system.

- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR databases, and dashboards.
- Experience with interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and team management skills.
- Strong decision-making, Critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
