استخدام Senior Data Scientist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work on real-life challenging questions that impact many people's lives in Iran. You will face some of the most fascinating and impactful problems that need a deep understanding of the algorithm, machine learning, data mining, and statistics. Every day, you will be presented with a variety of new challenges and interesting projects that tap into your interests and strengths. We work closely with each other, software developers from other teams, product managers, and business stakeholders. Data Scientists in our team participate in the full life cycle of model development, which spans from business problem discovery to model deployment and monitoring.

Tasks in detail:

  • Working with business stakeholders to understand the business requirements, and the data available to solve the corresponding problems.
  • Conducting advanced statistical and exploratory data analysis, which will also include wrangling, cleaning, and pre-processing data.
  • Developing statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems and deriving actionable business insights.
  • Evaluating models and algorithmic techniques.
  • Scaling the algorithms to large data set and helping to deploy models.
  • Deriving metrics for model performance monitoring, and conducting continuous model performance monitoring.
  • Coaching junior team members and knowledge sharing with the broader team.
  • Researching new techniques, and best practices within the industry.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the field of Data Science.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or having related equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, statistics, and data mining.
  • Deep knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Experience in Python programming.
  • Experienced in leading end-to-end data projects.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences.
