As a campaign Lead working in Campaign Team, you will be challenged to plan and execute campaigns, working with other teams and departments, to increase the order of services and improve team efficiency.

Tasks in detail:
- Strategize, execute and optimize a data-driven demand generation campaign strategy to achieve sales goals for a market segment
- Plan and execute campaigns with the target of increasing orders and utilization of features, creating managerial reports, and matching supply demand of service
- Liaise with designers and content generators
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication
- Define and measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Project Performance Managing: Continuously monitor the status of projects and the performance of the team assigned to the project, analyze related data, identify challenges, and propose solutions
- Leading and developing a team

Requirement:
- +3 years of experience and proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps
-Experience working in a metrics-driven culture to measure tactic and channel impacts
-Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
-Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and campaign analysis
-Proficiency in MS Excel
-Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
-Background in driving targeted acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell marketing campaigns
