About the role: 

As a Front-End Engineer at Tapsi Garage, you will be a crucial part of our development team, responsible for designing and implementing exceptional user interfaces for our web applications. You'll work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and high-quality web applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and apply this knowledge to your work.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in front-end engineering.
  • Ensure the performance, accessibility, and usability of our web applications meet the highest standards.
Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in front-end/JavaScript development.
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6/ES7).
  • Understanding of the whole software development life-cycle.
  • Familiarity with software architecture concepts.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, Vue, etc.).
  • Understanding of user interface design principles and user experience concepts.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, semantic web, responsive design, and mobile-first development.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Good understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with front-end build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack).
  • Basic familiarity with Docker and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with browser testing and debugging is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PWA concepts and Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) are additional skills.
