About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will be the first key member of the Tapsi Delivery team, responsible for the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and the ability to develop creative growth strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and perform Digital marketing campaigns with agencies and app stores to acquire new customers.
  • Design, perform, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with different bidding strategies.
  • Develop and execute new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collect advertising data from dashboards, including campaign CAC, CPA, CPC, CPI, and other conversion rates.
Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on user acquisition and app marketing.
  • Experience in executing, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
