We are looking for a knowledgeable Product Manager to oversee all aspects of our Vendors' panels and back-office product. This individual will identify vendor needs and translate them into functional product features, ensuring seamless alignment with our customer-facing platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Insights: Understand the diverse needs of vendors and translate these requirements into actionable product features for development teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, especially the sales team and customer service, to ensure that features meet user expectations and enhance overall functionality.
- Roadmap Alignment: Coordinate the product roadmap with stakeholders to ensure alignment between the vendor panels and customer-side requirements.
- Business Acumen: Leverage knowledge of Takhfifan’s business model to drive product decisions, ensuring they align with overall company goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.
- Strong understanding of vendor dynamics and business development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in translating user needs into product features.
- Familiarity with back-office and vendor management systems is a plus.
