Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing, and study user feedback from various channels to inform user-centered design decisions.
- Persona-Based Design: Develop deep insights into user personas and tailor designs to meet their needs, goals, and pain points.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Information Architecture: Define intuitive information hierarchies and navigation structures to optimize user flows and interactions.
- UI Design: Craft visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and industry trends.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure design excellence and alignment with business goals.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Interaction Design: Design and refine interactions, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer in a senior role.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX/UI projects, including detailed case studies.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
