Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior B2B Social Media Expert with a proven track record of building brand authority and generating leads in the B2B space. The ideal candidate is not just a social media expert but a strategic marketer who understands how to leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube to achieve business objectives. You will be the architect of our social media strategy, responsible for everything from high-level planning to hands-on content creation and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership:
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy aligned with business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership).
Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends in the B2B social landscape.
Own the social media budget and provide strategic recommendations for paid social advertising.
Content Creation & Management:
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
Develop and maintain a robust, forward-looking content calendar that ensures a consistent and engaging brand voice.
Write compelling, platform-specific copy that resonates with a B2B audience, from short-form posts to long-form articles.
Design and produce high-quality visual assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Campaign & Community Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid social campaigns via Meta Business Suite and Google Ads to support product launches, webinars, and content offers.
Manage the community by actively engaging with comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Foster relationships with key industry influencers and partners.
Analytics, Reporting & SEO:
Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, native platform insights, and other tools.
Provide regular, detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and overall social media health, translating data into actionable insights.
Apply Advanced Website SEO knowledge to ensure social efforts are integrated with the overall content strategy for organic search growth.
Website Management:
Utilize Advanced WordPress skills to create and update landing pages, blog posts, and other web content that are synced with social media campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience specifically in managing B2B social media accounts.
Proven Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing successful B2B campaigns and content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
Technical Proficiency:
Platforms: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Design Tools: High proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator for creating professional-grade graphics.
CMS: Advanced knowledge of WordPress for website management, including page building and basic troubleshooting.
SEO: Solid, practical experience with on-page and technical SEO.
Content Skills: Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills tailored for a B2B audience.
Language Skills:
Arabic: Advanced (Native or Proficient)—must be able to create, write, and communicate flawlessly.
English: Advanced (Fluent) - must be able to create, write, and communicate flawlessly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the B2B sector.
Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
Basic video editing skills for social media (e.g., using Premiere Pro or CapCut).
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
