As a Principal Product Manager / Group Product Manager at Soshyant, you will have the opportunity to lead the product strategy and vision for our organization, working with a dynamic team of experts who are committed to driving innovation and transforming the financial industry.
Job Description:
- Conducting product-related research and constantly monitoring competitors and industry benchmarks.
- Improving product-related methodologies and implementing best practices, and enhancing the workflow process.
- Taking ownership of conducting business tests to improve the product and business metrics.
- Regularly identifying and discovering new product needs.
- Promoting and reflecting lean and agile thinking in the organization.
- Obtaining Delivery and Discovery Ownership to carry out tasks in the direction of the roadmap.
- Monitoring the product roadmap, considering trade-offs, and increasing understanding and knowledge of the market and business.
- Defining success at the feature level.
- Proposing various methods to improve team performance.
- Protecting the product team's culture and mindset within the organization.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate other Product Managers in their scope in a way that encourages autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
- Lead and inspire team members to find resolutions for complex problems.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of product science and a product mindset.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management.
- Experience in fintech is a plus.
- Fintech experience is a plus.
