استخدام Talent Acquisition Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

- Advise business units on job postings, screening tools, interview instructions and questions
- Screen candidates CVs and present to hiring managers for interview
- Conducting competency based interview
- Promote an excellent candidate experience including candidate notification and offer letters
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events
- Collaboration in employer branding initiatives
- Track and monitor all hiring transactions in various employment databases
- Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events 
- Perform reference and background checks for potential employees 
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as applicant flow, time to fill, cost per hire and others
- Conducting Exit interview and Analyzing Turn-over rate 


  • Strong knowledge in Personality Psychology for candidate analysis 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator both in person and on the phone
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have strong computer skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office products and research effectively online 
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills 
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting
  • Fluent in English
  • Graduated or Student from reputable (governmental) universities (MBA, Psychology, Management and Industrial Engineering)
