Are you a Product Owner with a drive to create meaningful experiences? Join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, shaping a two-sided platform that bridges donors and Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs).Your role will involve problem-solving, creative thinking, and bringing our vision to life.  You will be expected to advocate for your plan, communicate across the organization and with external customers and partners about the vision and goals for your team.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze use-cases and problem statements, collect data formally and informally, make decisions pragmatically, and communicate priorities clearly
  • Learn about our business drivers, customer needs and competitive challenges
  • You should communicate complex concepts to the organization and customers
  • Plan and prioritize the team backlog and contribute to the feature backlog
  • Provide team backlog management, sprint planning, and elaboration of user stories
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Keep pace with Agile/Scrum best practices and organizational best-practices
  • Preparation of proposals and product documentation
  • Analysis of sprints and work processes in order to estimate the working capacity of the team
  • Delivery and testing of the user story written by the technical team

Requirements

  • Have 2-4 years’ experience in a Product Owner role.
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • Team spirit and good communication abilities
  • Have a passion for product quality
  • Good organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in English.
