Defining Assortment and Brand Strategy
Vendor Hunting Strategy definition and Lead Generation management
Owning Category Sales in Tehran & Other Cities, setting targets for input KPIs and monitoring them in order to achieve sales target
Vendor Segmentation and specified plan for Main Partners
Managing Distribution of vendors in different areas
Splitting Category Target between different Vendor Segmentations
Managing Home Pages and Vendor Pages of Tehran & Other Cities
Live Vendor and Performing Vendor Rate Management
Pricing Strategy
P&L Management
Managing Hunter and KA agents to achieve goals of the category
Category Operation and legal challenges management
Defining campaigns, Home page management and Conversion Rate Improvement
Defining and managing category improvement projects and working with other team in order to implement the projects
