استخدام Training & Development Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Training and development specialists who can help plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Description:

  •  Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
  • Conduct performance Management
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Implement training and development plans
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days)
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • At least bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Familiar with all human resource processes
  • Knowledge of performance management system
  • labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
  • Good command of office programs (Word, Excel, …)
  • Excellent communications skills; interpersonal, written, and verbal.
