شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a fresh graduate student who has a passion for campaign management and is eager to learn and grow in this field. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have a solid understanding of digital marketing tools.


Role and Responsibilities

The Key focus of the campaign specialist will be to follow up on given tasks to meet department-wise KPIs. Campaign Specialist needs to create positive relationships with stakeholders of all relevant departments to suggest and implement Campaigns and optimize the campaigns with relevant metrics; including but not limited to CR, NMV, Order, and Impression uplift and optimization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing all operational requirements needed to perform and implement a successful campaign,
  • End-to-end ownership of operational affairs between Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Tech departments,
  • Suggesting and implementing means to improve Conversion Rate, GMV, Orders, Selling assortment, DAU/MAU ratios,
  • Creating campaign performance reports and following up with necessary action points.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management, marketing management, or relevant fields,
  • Tech savvy and has knowledge of App interactions,
  • Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills,
  • A data-driven person who can make decisions, measure the performance
  • Strong fundamentals of MS Office and Reporting
  • Knowledge of Online marketing and communication
