We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team at Snapp! Shop. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to both employees and management. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong ethics and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Being professional in English.
